River Valley Stone - Return Policy

In order for River Valley Stone to provide the same quality and value our customers have come to be expect, we have decided to implement a more structured return policy. Effective 4/1/07, we will not accept any return of product without prior authorization and copy of original invoice. A return authorization number must be clearly marked on the return paperwork. A return authorization number may be obtained from our Customer Service Department, 888 587-2804. Obviously, product returned must not be damaged, trimmed or discolored. The returned product must also be packaged in the original RVS boxes. Only full pallet quantities will be accepted for return (20 boxes of flats to a pallet and 10 boxes of corners per pallet). There will be a minimum 20% re-stocking fee for all authorized returns. Please be advised, there will be no return of all special order color or sizes. RVS reserves the right to modify this policy.
